Hello from Tom Reaney, Managing Director

Having spent over 30 years in the healthcare industry I have seen many changes over the years, and not all for the better! Although equipment design has improved significantly in that time I believe it can be improved significantly if the manufacturers engaged with its customers and understood the needs and demands facing clients and carers alike. This is one of the main reasons I started Integrity. I want Integrity to produce high quality products that best meet the customers needs. I have spent the past couple of years engaging OT’s and other key stakeholders in the industry to learn more about their needs. This has given me a greater understanding of what is required of our design team. This has also allowed me to launch new innovative product solutions to the market.

I have also noticed in the past 30 years that customer service levels from suppliers to their customers has declined significantly. Integrity intend to change this trend. We have an ethos and culture that recognises that the customer is king and we should do everything in our power to give them what they want when they want it!
